DJ Rob Piccirillo, an electronic music producer, performer, and creative artist, is seeking an experienced DJ Manager to help scale the brand and expand its market presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building experience within the electronic dance music and live entertainment space.
The primary focus of this position is to secure bookings, develop strategic partnerships, and create new business opportunities that support the long-term growth of the DJ Rob Piccirillo brand including associated artists.
This opportunity begins as a commission-based independent contractor role, with the potential to expand into a larger position as the brand gains momentum.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new booking opportunities across festivals, clubs, private events, and hospitality venues.

Build and manage a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities, including performances, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, leads, and partnership opportunities.

Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to support promotional initiatives and booking efforts.

Maintain organized records of outreach, negotiations, contracts, and confirmed engagements.

Structure and negotiate agreements that align with both immediate revenue goals and long-term brand development.

Proactively seek strategic opportunities that increase visibility, audience growth, and brand value.

Compensation
This role begins as a commission-only opportunity. Compensation is earned as a percentage of the bookings, deals, or partnerships you successfully secure. Industry-standard commissions typically range from 14% to 20%, with the final structure to be determined upon engagement. As the brand grows and consistent revenue is established, the compensation model may evolve.
